Pittsburgh’s Regatta Scheduled Unveiled

As you, my fellow ‘Burghers know the Regatta is a fairly big deal here.

It starts July 2 and ends on the 4th of July. It’s free to go, but in order to eat or participate in activities or buy things…gotta have the cash!

This is the 34th year for our dear Regatta which garners over 600,000 spectators from all around the world. It really is quite an amazing thing to partake in and the people swarm the city, Point State Park and our rivers.

With it bringing in so many locals and out-of-towners, it generates amazing business for our city and surrounding areas. Despite being an old steel town, we are more than that and people are starting to realize it.

So, take that Urban dictionary, every year 600,000 people ignore our “annoying” accents to experience the greatness of our city.
